Twinby is a dating app that revolves around compatibility. It is also your assistant in discovering a meaningful relationship.

We value quality over quantity, so searching for a soulmate begins with psychological tests that analyze your personality and assess compatibility with potential partners. You will receive valuable, practical communication tips and insights into possible communication challenges with each potential partner.

We welcome all users over 18 years old. You can download Twinby on the day of your majority - we consider this an excellent gift.

Twinby works on iOS and Android devices and supports iOS 13.0 and Android 7.0 and above.

The application's audience must consist of real people. If your photo does not pass moderation, please ensure that it complies with all the listed rules:

• Publish only your real photos. The photo should show your face clearly. While we understand that people enjoy sharing pictures with friends, according to Twinby's rules, a profile photo should not include images of third parties. You can upload photos with your friends after setting your first profile picture.
• Don't hide your appearance. Additional filters, heavy retouching, watermarks (well, who knows) - that's not for us. We are confident that true love is not about perfect appearance. And what you consider a flaw may attract another person. It is also better not to use fonts and inscriptions that cover your face, clothing items, or accessories that will interfere with seeing you—for example, oversized sunglasses, masks, balaclavas, etc.
• Do not post nude shots. We will not be able to publish them on Twinby for several reasons, including legal ones. It's better to leave them for personal correspondence. We will also have to remove visual elements depicting sex, as well as dick pics.
• Respect other community members. We will not be able to approve photographs that contain obscene language, offensive gestures, scenes of violence, prohibited substances, drugs, and weapons. And also photographs with calls for violence or persecution of people on the grounds of religious preferences, or sexual orientation. Note that if you post photos against the background of posters, graffiti, and banners with such appeals, they will also not pass moderation.
• Observe the law. Photos should not encourage behavior that violates the legislation of any country — for example, offering sexual services, buying and selling firearms, or illegal drugs.

If your photo does not pass moderation, but it still meets the requirements, please write to us at support@twinby.com. We have explained the main rules, but there are a few minor ones. Just answer all the questions in the "Profile Editing" section and complete all the tests.

To do this, navigate to your profile and click on the "Settings" section in the upper right corner. From there, go to the "Account" section and choose the data you wish to correct. Note that the data can only be edited once!

Go to your profile, open the 'Settings' section in the top right corner, and find the 'Login Methods' section. Select the appropriate authentication method. You need to connect at least one method to log in to the application.

Open your profile and click on the 'Settings' button in the top right corner. In the 'Notifications' section, you can select which notifications from Twinby you want to receive.

We hope you're asking this question because you've found that special someone. Just in case, let's remind you that Twinby can also be used with a steady partner, for example, for cards or tests. If you're taking a break from dating, just hide your profile. Your page will become invisible to other users, but you'll still be able to send invites, take tests, and play cards with your matches. And if you want to delete your profile forever, go to 'Settings' and select 'Delete Account'. Please write why you're doing this. Think again about the invisible mode, as all your data, test results, and matches will be deleted along with your page.

Twinby matches partners based on compatibility, and for this, we need to know the results of your tests. They show your worldview and how you behave in different situations. Then the algorithms process this information and select suitable partners for you. We believe this approach will help couples better understand each other and avoid potential problems.

Only those you show them to. No one can see the results of your tests, partners have access only to the general description of your pair. The Twinby team takes a careful approach to safeguarding the data of the app's users. You can read about the rules for processing and storing personal data here.

The app uses psychological tests that provide the most accurate results possible. Each of them has a scientific basis and was developed in collaboration with a group of scientists. The tests will tell you about different aspects of your personality. Knowing them, you will be able to build harmonious relationships with your future partner, understand what problems may arise between you, and how to overcome them. We are constantly updating the test database! To be the first to know about updates in Twinby, follow the news on our social media.

The result will appear on the screen immediately after completing the test. If you want to read the information about yourself again, go to your profile and open the 'Twinby Tests' section. By clicking on a specific test, you will see a description of your results.

Unfortunately, we don't have that feature yet. If you want to correct your results, write to our support service at support@twinby.com. In the email, indicate your account ID and which test you would like to retake.

You need to send him a compatibility check link - an invite. You can find it on your profile page. Send it to everyone you want to get closer to. Compatibility is not just about love!

Twinby psychologists are constantly conducting research and developing new tests! Follow our social media, that's where we publish all the updates and announcements.

Everything starts with a match - when you both like each other. Look for partners in the feed, and in the requests, and also invite acquaintances using the 'Invite' function. After that, you will see a chat in the “Chats” menu, where you can start a conversation. Just don't write “How are you?”, use the Twinby cards!

Don't worry! With Twinby Premium, you can use the rewind feature to bring their profile back with just one tap. If you're using the free version, there's a high chance you might come across the same person again in your feed. Don't swipe too quickly to avoid accidentally giving another dislike.

If you dislike someone in your feed, the user disappears from it for 30 days. But you can end up in their feed if you match their set filters. Then the date may like you and appear in your requests. Of course, you can also dislike them there.

No. But you can always see who has liked you with Twinby Premium!

You can view the list of people who like you using Twinby Premium in the 'Likes' section. In the free version, the profiles will be blurred.

Open the feed and look in the upper left corner. Click the "Filter" button and select the parameters to search for the right partners.

Not at the moment. This feature will be available once we have more Twinby users in other cities. You can help make it happen by inviting your friends!

Yes, in Twinby, you can delete messages in your conversation with a user, even if the partner has already read them. However, please note that you can only delete your messages. To do this, long-press the desired message and select the 'Delete message' button.

If you want to unmatch, open the "Chats" section and swipe a specific chat to the right. Alternatively, you can remove a user in the "New Matches" section. To do this, tap "All" in the top right corner and swipe the chat. Warning: Twinby can return a user to the recommendations feed. To avoid encountering an anti-soulmate in the app again, you need to block them. This will delete all chat history with the user, and we will not be able to restore it.

To restrict access for your anti-soulmate to your profile, click on the hand-shaped button in their profile. Then select 'Block'. Did they perhaps insult you? We don't allow that here!

First, recall your conversation and think: do you really need to retrieve the user from the blocked list? If you still decide to unblock them, go to the 'Settings' section in your profile. Then select the 'Blocked list' section and remove the person from there. Removing the block will not return your match and chat history.

You can report a user if they are behaving rudely or if the content of their profile seems offensive to you. Click on the palm icon in the user's profile, select 'Report’, and specify the reason for the complaint. We will review your application!

To see all the users, you need to purchase Premium. Also, dates automatically like you if they send an invitation to take our tests. Their profiles will be unlocked after you learn your results.

Yes, you can catch a match if you just swipe through users in the feed. However, if you dislike a partner, they will simply disappear from the 'Likes' section.

We've come up with cards with questions that users usually feel shy about or don't even think to ask! Start with the 'Getting to Know Each Other' topic if you've just matched with an unfamiliar partner, or choose a hotter topic if you've already gotten close enough. Use the cards not just online: play with them on dates or parties with friends!

To start the game, you need at least one match. Choose a topic and a partner you want to play the cards with. Send them an invitation to the game. All that's left is to wait for the invitation to be accepted!

You and your partner see the same question on the screen. Each of you answers it as you want. Your answer won't be visible until the other player writes theirs. We've made it this way specifically so that neither of you can tailor your answer to your partner's response :) Answer honestly, as sincerity is the foundation of healthy relationships!

Click the button to the right of the text input field. This will suggest the next question to your partner. Make sure the input field is empty. Think carefully, are you done answering this question? You won't be able to go back to it again.

You can view the game history in the 'Cards' menu. Look for the game history section at the bottom of the page.
